Fox News does not allowing consenting views on their "news" station.
They get their right wing agenda straight from their hero -- Rush Limbaugh.

Good chance im alot older than most of the people that post here. My work prevented me from joining the protests, but I donate to their bail funds. There is nothing more american than what they were doing and we all know fox news lies. I don't understand why these young republicans fear people enjoying their rights.

Re: magentaii's comments
Liberals make you sick? No, no, no. Right-wingers are sick!
Case in point: "free speech" is bad, now! Put the "Recreate '68" folks in jail? Or what? Sending Faux's Waldo the Pest into their demonstration was like pouring gasoline on a fire. What do you expect? Just because one of the people there is Ward Churchill?
I know! You would like to hang him, because he's an avowed socialist, right? No free speech for Ward Churchill, but anything for Waldo.
Like I said, Waldo's a Pest, and buzz kill is his smell.
And GOP(f)ers and conservatives know no logic!!

Some of you liberal posters here make me sick! The group of "innocent" people you refer to is the protest group "Recreate 68"! Hardly innocent! This is a protest group determined to turn the DNC into the same free-for-all the 1968 DNC was! They are agitators just looking for a fight. Unfortunately, Griff Jenkins from FoxNews decided to ask Ward Churchill and his friends a few questions! AND YES! Griff Jenkins is a "contributing reporter" at FoxNews. Jenkins was only trying to ask Churchill some questions. Churchill saw that it was FoxNews and got nasty with Jenkins. AND what a wimpy thing for Churchill to say "He put his hands on me"......boo hoo hoo hoo! Anything to make it sound like Churchill is the victim! In actuality, this gang of thugs immediately jumped in front of the FoxNews camera and were pushing Jenkins around and trying to break their camera....In the full video version of this incident, you'll see Jenkins and his cameraman were jumping/moving around trying to avoid being overtaken by this mob!! Rather than showing this TINY little clip of what happened here, the Rocky Mountain News should show the WHOLE tape of this incident!!! Maybe if you saw all of what really happened you'd change your opinion! Media "clips" never show everything.....only what they want you to see and think.

The individual referred to here as a "Faux reporter," is not actually a reporter, he's a pest, a paparazzo who stalks innocent victims, with mic and cameraman at hand. If a professional reporter from CNN or MSNBC did what Waldo does, GOP(f)ers everywhere would be raising hell.
What we have here is an inane elitist emerging from under a rock to walk in a territory only besserwisser wimps would walk because they feel protected by a satanic army of GOP(f)ers seeking to disrupt a peaceful congregation gathered to renew their vows to the American people.
If the right wingers who posted here had to deal with him, they'd probably whack him up and down the street to keep him from invading their privacy, a sleazy tactic that is his forte.
As for the "nazi" comment, think what will happen if the right-wing GOP(f)er religious class took absolute power. We'd have absolute corruption of our Constitution, and an Inquisition to boot!
Meanwhile, everyone knows that you don't go to a party with the intention of unduly disrupting it. That's buzz kill, my friends, buzz kill. There's no issue of free speech here.
But that's Waldo -- "Pest" is his middle name, and buzz kill is his weapon.

Everyone sees the Nazi tactics of the socialists ("Nazi" was simply the shortening of the full name, as conceived by Hitler himself: National Socialist German Workers Party) - freedom of speech for me but not for thee, the ends justify the means, shout down those who disagree with you, don't answer the question but rather demonize the questioner, ad infinitum.
But you also have to go back to the original Rocky Mountain News story adjacent to this video which portrayed this attack on a working journalist as "his placing a hand" upon the disgraced and fired, former college instructor and former American Indian, Ward Churchill. It was the newspaper that mischaracterized this assault, putting the blame upon the messenger who dared ask a simple question of the far-left fraud.
And likewise portraying as "security" the idiot anarchists who assaulted the Fox News reporter in the first place, writing that “security” “broke up” the confrontation. The Fox News people had to leave out of fear for their lives. There was no “security” and even the police stood by and did nothing to protect them.
This is a common action by the anarchists in the street (assault) and a common action by the far left in the newsrooms (cover up).
Folks, you pay to read their newspapers and watch their news programs by viewing their advertisements. The advertisers pay them each time you view their twisting of the truth. Therefore, when push comes to shove (as in this video), you're PAYING the Rocky Mountain News to LIE to you.

It looks like Faux finally had to take a bite from its karma burger. Think of all the people who had something good to say on Fox's programs but were interrupted and mocked. Faux is a heavy user of neural linguistic programming. Google "Fox caught using neural linguistic programming" and check it out. I'm not a fan of Fox and think each individual should have just silently walked past the Fox reporter, ignoring him completely.

Freedom of Speech means Freedom to not speak as well. If the leftwing nutjob is too embarrassed to speak to reporters and would rather just have a cult like following of his own then he has that freedom as long as hes not harming anyone. The stupid reporter does not have a right to invade his area of space and basically harass the guy.
I mean we all have opinions and they dont all agree but how would any of you like some annoying nerd with thick black rimmed glasses harassing you about something you feel strongly about. You wouldn't like it at all. Thats all I am saying is that these reporters and it goes for every news station all think they are godlike and can do whatever they want and call the freedom of speech card when they get too pushy. Well your right and you can yell at the guy from a distance and the other guy can chant like an idiot and Churchill can keep his mouth shut all in the order of freedom of speech. Apparently people only see one side of the freedom of speech card.
BTW I think this Churchill guy is a nutjob but I also think the reporter is and same with that creepo baldee in the orange shirt.

So are you saying that if the Reporter had long hair and a Jerry t shirt on, he'd have been met with hugs and free stir fry?
I thought the Left didnt judge people on their looks...I thought the Left was about inclusion and "why cant we all just get along". I thought peace protestors were supposed to be peaceful.
The reporter's mere presense (albeit, gasp!, with short hair and Weezer glasses) shouldnt set off this type of reaction.
Seems to me the Left is losing its grip on the things that made it attractive, err, palatable, in favor of this angry, conspiracy theory laden, close minded, 'my way or the highway' mentality.

People, people! Cmon! Can we just agree that Fox knew that inserting that "Where's Waldo" looking neocon producer into granola central would incite the hippies into a mob-like frenzy, thus making those folks look like a bunch of hateful d-bags, which Fox will inevitably point to on the air later? And can we also agree that the protestors are sort of a-holes for accosting this Fox producer in the first place (it's TV folks - turn it off if you no likesan). So, D-bag vs.an A-Hole: This seems to happen every four years in this country.

It's amazing how the libs are always screaming for free speech, yet if you have a point of view that differs from theirs you are not allowed to voice it. This is the book burning crowd that exist or existed under communist China, Hitler, and the former Soviet Union. It's not so funny seeing it here in the U.S. The dems seem to attract the uninformed koolaid drinkers on a regular basis, so it is not all that surprising.
Just look at the posts, some conspiracy theorist are already blaming Fox for putting the reporter into the mix, so I guess only CNN and MSNBC are allowed to walk amongst the dirty 60's leftovers. They must really be proud of their party.

"Don't be fooled by what Fox News is doing here. Faux News are up to their dirty tricks again - they are purposefully placing that reporter in the middle of the PEACEFUL protesters who are exercising their rights protesting the two-party dictatorship that this country has become"
Anitcorporatocracy:
Not sure you saw all the videos of this reporter and by jumping to conclusions, you discredit yourself. The other videos i've seen, he is simply doing his job (as in this video) and asking questions....nicely (at least until he's met with aggression).
In the other videos, he stands as the protestors walked toward him and simply asked what they wanted people to know and asked what their central message was...the protestors, not the reporter, were rude, swore at him, gave him the finger, pushed his camera guy around, and in almost every case had nothing at all productive to say....
so, dont blame the reporter for doing his job and getting in to the source to ask questions....you want an informed population, right? Why not know what these protestors are about? What is the crime in being a reporter and asking questions?

Don't be fooled by what Fox News is doing here. Faux News are up to their dirty tricks again - they are purposefully placing that reporter in the middle of the PEACEFUL protesters who are exercising their rights protesting the two-party dictatorship that this country has become. It doesn't matter if Obama or McSame is elected, the results will be the same.
The American people have been sold out by all branches of government. The government it now under the direct control of corporate America due to the explosion of Lobbyists that virtually "own" every politician. Regardless of who wins the election the results will be the same: larger government, more spending, more inflation, weaker dollar, less privacy, fewer civil liberties, more money for the military industrial complex, more bailouts for corporate America, privatizing profits but socializing losses...isn't that convenient.
Listen folks, they all have their exclusive little clubs where the real decisions are made. The late George Carlin said it best - this country only gives you the ILLUSION of democracy. You aren't in their little club, they want you just smart enough to do your job, but dumb enough to not realize how badly you're being *bleeped*.
Faux News wants these protesters to look like a bunch of uneducated thugs - they want to ruin their credibility so nobody really listens to their message. IT'S PROPAGANDA FOLKS - Do yourself and America a favor, un-glue yourselves from the TV and the couch for a week, and pursue alternative sources for your news and information. Read international news from multiple sources, go on the internet and read news, blogs, editorials, etc. Go to the *gasp* library and read up on history, current events, political science, etc. Step back from the madness and view things from the outside.
Don't be apathetic, don't be lazy, it isn't about democrat or republican - this country needs an intelligent, informed, populace more than EVER right now, the American people need to take this country back from the elites.
Democracy ONLY works with an INFORMED population.

Oh yeah, almost forgot. Look how easy these imbeciles are to manipulate. All you gotta do is throw the bait over the boat and wait, these fish always take the bait. Good thing the reporter was a good angler, he played with those reactionary chumps just long enough to expose them for the fools that they are. All you liberal fools who have replied to this video, keep crying me a river. You socialist/marxist idiots look more pathetic by the day. Your boy Obama is finished.

Imagine that, a group of libs that are also cowards, what a concept. These little punks would never run their mouths like that if they were by themselves. They hide in crowds like the chicken----s that they are and don't have the grapes to do it alone. This punk in the charlie brown t-shirt and bald head, I swear he is lucky I wasn't that news guy, he would have been picking himself up off the ground, scouts honor. This is a perfect example of why liberalism is considered a mental disorder, they are medicated, wefare receiving lunatics to their core. Keep up the good work FOX news, just knowing that you make these chumps this mad will make me keep my channel on FOX. The rest of these fools can drop dead!!

I don't have a dog in this fight. I live in rural PA, and am an independent.
To me this has little to do with FoxNews or the reporter. It has to do with a bunch of infantile hold overs from the 60's who should have a real job and be working, not sounding like something out of the Viet Nam era who are clearly upset that fox news exists, not what the reporter did or said.
To my liberal friends-your biggest enemy is not FoxNews it is yourselves. If you doubt my word, look at the uncut video again. Grow Up.
As for Ward Chruchill, if one were to look up a**hole in the dictionary, his picture should be next to it. How anyone can defend this clown is beyond the pale.

When I first viewed this video here, and on other news outlets, the images of Nazi's arresting and assaulting Jews in 1930s Germany came to mind. As a registered Independent voter, I have to say such thug tactics and potentially violent attitudes by the leftist protestors against the Fox News reporter have persuaded me to vote for McCain. It scares the crap out of me that the party of "peace and tolerance" uses intimidation and assault to silence those with whom they disagree. And that same Democratic Party plans to push through the "Fairness Doctrine" (government control of the airwaves) against talk radio and other perceived "conservative" voices if Obama is elected. Not sure about the rest of you, but I believe in freedom to express different points of view without the fear of retribution, so this video should be a wake-up call to all America!

I saw the whole video also... I also agree that Churchchill is an idiot (a** clown also works). but the spin is nauseating. I could easily say Griff Jenkins was trying to climb on to the stair rail in an effort to body slam a peaceful protester using his microphone as a blunt weapon. but reality is clear Griff get paid to get the story whether he has to make the story or just report it. This quote from "chucktatum" is perfect "Still, it would be good for reporters to remember that they are not the story."

These so-called "protesters" are such a joke. Nothing but a bunch of uninformed children protesting for the sake of protesting so that one day they can say they stood for something. However, a large percentage couldn't tell you why they were there. I saw a live clip of Griff Jenkins walking through the "march" asking protesters, "What is your message?" and no one could answer his question. Not one. Instead, they started chanting "F*** Fox News!" and giving the camera the finger. Brilliant group...

The reporter was showboating and clearly enjoying making the people around him part of his little drama. Too bad they fell for the goofball tactics. They played right into his hands. You know what was said about newspaper reporters-- never get into an argument with anyone who buys ink by the barrel. Of course, it's Fox News, so what do you expect? Still, it would be good for reporters to remember that they are not the story.

Protestors Confront Fox News....
I had to laugh at that title to this video. Liberals, this is a little demonstration of how bias can be built into an article without a single word of bias in the text of the article.
Confronts? How about attacks? How about accosts? Confronts? As if Fox news is some kind of criminal?
I hope this lesson sinks in with the less educated liberal set but I've always felt the liberals are quite aware and proud of the liberal bias in the media while publicly denying it.

So much for freedom of speech. My favorite part was when the guy in the orange shirt tried to turn it into a shouting match (and then out-chant the reporter) as soon as his opponent tried to state his case. It's fine to disagree with Fox News, it's fine to disagree with conservatism, but let's be grown-ups about it. Let's have a debate about it. The people in this video trying to silence opposition are doing the same thing they accuse Fox News of doing.

As dumb as that leftist was acting towards that reporter I am glad they punked him. Its about time someone told these reporters that they are not gods. Im tired of watching news shows and the reporter always gets the last word and the last opinion whenever there is some sort of argument. They are able to just make whoever they are interviewing look like a complete fool if they want to. The unsuspecting viewer just goes with whatever the reporter tells them. This goes for CNN MSNBC FOXNEWS all of them do it. Don't scapegoat FOXNEWS. Its all of them. Thats why I listen to NPR most of the time. They just give you the news without the media spin attached. I mean even if I agree with the reporter it drives me nuts because people need to be able to see all sides and make the judgment on their own. News should not be entertainment but thats exactly what it is.

My previous post was wrong, and appologize for calling that liberal a scumbag. I did exactly what most liberals do, acted on emotion and not sound judgement. Up until last year, I 100% identified myself with the left. That has changed as I have noticed the left has an unreal perception of the economy, a weird sense of entitlement and media driven idealism. It is ironic that they are having a video tribute to the Kennedy legacy tonight, because that era of the democratic party is gone. It has been replaced by something that I can no longer support or ignore.

It’s a disgrace to the definition of the word liberal to describe any of these people as such. By no means are any of them open minded. All of the people were wrong in the video. The reporter should have not wasted his time interviewing people who only care about there opinion and could give a SH** less on trying to solve what ever problem they have critically, they rather rant, rave and scream. This is there time to get there 15 minutes of fame, that’s all they care about and FOX gave it to them, he knew what he was getting into. You can’t rationalize with fanatics.

Other posters nailed have nailed it. The Left has finally swung the pendulum so far that it has been completely flipped. Just think, it used to be Liberals that were encouraged to “subvert the dominant paradigm” and generally cause trouble for the Establishment. Now it’s conservatives that are rebelling, fighting against the Liberal Establishment. It’s hard to believe that 40 years on from 1968, conservatives can now say without irony: fight the power!

Fox News is pro-America and believes in capitalism and theses guys just can't stand it. It's also the most watched news channel in the country, another thing that drives them nuts. Fox News is the only TV news source that gives both sides of every story and it is also the only one who isn't completely in the tank for Barak Hussein Obama. That's right, I used his middle name. Notice how similar liberal protesters are to the Communist government of China. The so called "tolerant" democratic side of the aisle is only tolerant so long as you don't oppose them in any way. If you do, they will shut you down, ad hominem attack you and generally obfuscate your point of view. Sounds a lot like Stalinism to me..."Everyone must be in consensus with us because nobody is allowed to disagree." Another Great Chinese Firewall is found at home.

If you watch the original video it's obvious that this reporter was trying to provoke something. He was spastically jumping in from of peaceful protesters, shoving his mike in their faces, asking inane questions. When when they wouldn't answer, he said, "Don't you believe in free speech?"
This idiot obviously doesn't know what he's talking about; neither, does commenter colokid by the way.
They have the freedom to choose NOT to talk to the press and with Fox i use the term press loosely.
And freedom of the press, nobody barred or blocked him from access, his targets simply chose not to indulge in the making of right wing propoganda.
