“War on Drugs” can't be won with laws, law enforcement officers and prisons

Moving the drug addiction problem out of the hands of Law Enforcement and into a controlled medical environment with an unlimited access to treatment would eliminate 70-80% of crime involving theft and as such would reduce the prison population accordingly.

Introduce flexibility and reason into school weapon laws

It’s about time the Colorado legislature look at introducing flexibility and reason into school weapon laws. Other states such as Texas now have laws mandating the consideration of intent and previous behavior into the suspension and expulsion process.

With thousands of Coloradans out of work, especially in the technology and engineering sectors, the time has come to address the foreign visa holders occupying jobs which can be held by able bodied citizens of the United States. Some employers have abused the H1 Visa programs by insisting they need to hire foreign nationals, because they cannot find American citizens who can perform the work.

Why were auto maker execs chastised and not Obama?

Big auto makers were chastised, as financially hypocritical, for flying into Wash., D.C. in their big corporate jets to ask for bail out money; yet President Hussein Obama can fly into Denver, Colorado, in his big jet (and entourage) just to put his autograph on a piece of paper that’s supposed to “stimulate” everyone?
