FOR THE LOVE OF LEGO

The "Lacey Will You Marry Me" sign was affixed to a Lego model of the Eiffel Tower. The 28-year-olds have known each other for years, but it was when Troy, a longtime Lego fan, found out that Lacey had her own stash of toy bricks that he knew she was the one.
PROPS TO THE LIBRARIES
A new rating index published by the Library Journal this week recognized seven Colorado public libraries on its 2009 list of "America's Star Libraries."
The seven are Boulder Public Library, Douglas County Libraries, Fleming Community Library, La Veta Regional Library District, Pitkin County Library, San Miguel Library District No. 1/Telluride and Vail Public Library.
Ratings are based on four per-capita service indicators: library visits, circulation, program attendance and public Internet computer uses. Libraries must report all four statistical indicators to receive an LJ Index score.
