Urban joins DORA

Zachary Urban, the director of housing counseling at Brothers Redevelopment Inc., has accepted a post at the Colorado Division of Real Estate headed by Erin Toll. Urban has gained a nationwide reputation for running the Colorado Foreclosure Hotline, 1-877-601-HOPE.
Urban, starting on Oct. 3, will serve as the director of communications and operations for the Colorado Division of Real Estate, a division of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
“The Division is thrilled to add Zachary Urban to our team,” said Toll said in a statement. “As the Director of Communications and Operations, Zachary brings a dynamic background in both consumer protection and in operations management having created and overseen the most successful state-based foreclosure prevention program in the nation.”
Urban has eight years of mortgage and real estate-related experience. Prior to working for Brothers Redevelopment, . Urban worked in both the mortgage lending industry and real estate investment arena.
