AFA report: Balancing act

It was during a 20-12 win against Utah in Salt Lake City last season that Falcons coach Troy Calhoun realized that having a balanced offensive attack is somewhat overrated.
"When I got here, I thought it was going to be imperative that we have balance," he said while talking about the Rams' upcoming game with the No. 20 Utes. "It was halftime last year at Salt Lake City that (I realized) you can't force yourself in a direction. You have to find, especially at the Air Force Academy, that you have to realize every possible way you can win, and that means game to game and the way you attack."
In a 31-28 win against Houston, Air Force rushed for 380 yards and didn't complete a pass.
Of the Falcons' seven pass attempts, Calhoun believes three would have been completed for touchdowns if the execution had been better.

"In the Rams' upcoming game"?? Last time I checked it was the Air Force Falcons. Come on give us a bit of respect and don't mistake the AF mascot with the one from the little team up north.
