The Broncos on Monday made a flurry of roster moves coming off the bye week.
As expected, they signed receiver Chad Jackson, a New England pick in the second round of the 2006 draft.
The Broncos also added offensive tackle Matt Murphy, a seventh-year pro who has spent time with Buffalo, Houston and Detroit.
The also promoted rookie cornerback Josh Bell from the practice squad.
The Broncos tweaked that eight-man taxi squad, adding center Greg Eslinger, whom they drafted in 2006, and cornerback Rashod Moulton, formerly of Jacksonville.
The Broncos still have not promoted quarterback Darrell Hackney, leaving Jay Cutler as the only player at the position on the active roster.
One of the new additions could be in jeopardy because Hackney will be added by Sunday.

Okay...nothing to see here, lets move on......
Chad Jackson will help, but not by much. I was a fierce defender of the Lynch let-go (citing unloyaties among other for reason) but i do sincerely believe that Lynch needs to get a call from the Broncos. Their holograms at either safety position is absolutely pathetic, and with the absence of Champ (one of the two players who actually do something on the broncos, along with DJ), the safeties NEED to step up BIG time or Bly and Paymah will get burned.
On second thought, Bly and Paymah are already getting burned constantly, so whats the point really?

I'd think they'd want another QB also, going with only 2 has proven unwise.

It's hard to say Lynch is the answer .. let's remember he was slotted behind the 2 starters that stink - that doesn't say much for Lynch. Not to mention that last years Defense was just as bad and that was spearheaded by Lynch
