Taco customer finds marijuana in takeout bag

A customer got more than he bargained for - a small bag of suspected marijuana - when he stopped the other night at a Lakewood restaurant to pick up food for his wife, police said.
The couple called police after they opened the bag of food and found the surprise inside, police spokesman Steve Davis said.
Police went to the Del Taco Restaurant, 5240 S. Wadsworth Blvd., and questioned the employee who had waited on the husband at the drive- up. The worker denied the marijuana was his, but a small amount of marijuana was found in a backpack in his locker, Davis said.
The worker, Dennis Klermund, 26, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, Davis said.

I don't see what the big deal is. He's just trying to ensure return business in a hour or so. The only crime is that he isn't in the Marketing Department.

Those Del Taco employees make customer service number one.
Well the employees know why the cockroaches didn't hide when they turned on the lights.

Maybe it was in response to all the toys Mcdonald's puts in the happy meal.
Maybe Del Taco wanted it to be a different kind of happy meal.

Too bad the drive-through dude is going to be charged with a crime. Sounds like the customers could have used the marijuana.
