SIGN, SIGN, EVERYWHERE A GOP SIGN
Drivers using the Boulder Turnpike the past couple of weekends have noticed an abundance of campaign signs for state Sen. Nancy Spence, R-Centennial, and Pat Hayes, an Aurora Republican serving on the University of Colorado Board of Regents.
They're not exactly Boulder liberal types, so what gives?
"I have constituents who are CU grads and football fans," Spence said.
The signs were placed by former regent Pete Steinhauer, a good friend of both women, and timed to catch the eye of CU fans going to watch the Buffs play.

"Marilyn is one of the few members of Congress to have a son enlisted in the military."

This just in: Mark Udall voted - for himself. The Democratic U.S. Senate candidate turned in his absentee ballot Monday at an early voting site at the University of Colorado.
