Kaiser Permanente Colorado on Wednesday announced it will expand its Medicare program into southern Colorado Nov. 15.
Medicare beneficiaries in El Paso, Teller, Pueblo and Fremont counties may enroll in one of two plans. The Core Plan has no premium and the Silver Plan has a $39 monthly premium, which provides lower co-payments and nonemergency transportation for medical services.
Both plans include unlimited generic drug coverage, self-referral to most specialists and no co-payments for preventive services.
