WALL-E
Rated: G, 98 minutes, $29.99, Walt Disney Video
Grade: A-
Pixar maintains its stellar record with this sweet animated movie about WALL-E, a waste-disposal robot abandoned when humans fled the Earth, still programmed to clean up the mess they left behind, says Associated Press critic Christy Lemire.
But when EVE, a sleek, modern, distinctly feminine search robot returns, WALL-E realizes how lonely he is. He follows EVE as she returns to the massive cruise ship bearing the also massive remaining humans.
