Gordon, Hughes & Banks, the Colorado-based accounting firm started in the late 1960s, has become a part of Eide Bailly.
Eide Bailly, based in Fargo, N.D., said the move brings its staff to more than 1,200, including 157 partners.
The firm's revenue was $114 million last year, and Gordon, Hughes & Banks adds another $13 million.
"We feel a real culture connection with Eide Bailly," said GHB managing partner James Lyons, who will be in charge of the Colorado practice.
GHB said the deal with Eide Bailly, one of the top 25 CPA firms in the nation, gives the company and its clients access to a wider pool of professionals.
