Denver detectives believe they know the two assailants who shot and killed a tattoo parlor owner last August.
Police said Friday they think Tyrone Williams, 30, and De- Wayne O'Bannon, 25, were behind the Aug. 22, shooting of Joshua Trobaugh inside his Mr. Tank's Tattoos in South Park Hill. Trobaugh, 27, died later at a hospital.
Williams and O'Bannon are in custody on unrelated criminal charges. Detectives are expected to present their case of first-degree and felony murder against the pair to the Denver district attorney. Prosecutors will decide what charges, if any, to pursue against the two men.
Detectives believe the two fatally shot Trobaugh during a robbery attempt.
