DJ Quatttro (aka Sporadik) hosts "World of Danger" this Sunday on KGNU (88.5 FM Boulder, 1390 AM Denver) and will open for the touring "extreme electronics" act Edenflux at Kazmos, 1381 Kalamath St., on April 4. Check out his take on breakcore, industrial and experimental electronic music at myspace.com/sporadikmusic and sonicbids.com/sporadik. Right now, these are the three songs in his set that he's digging the most:
* Vytear - Digital Horse
"This track is sound design genius. Pure unadulterated awesome. Like having your face peeled off and handed back to you, plus it ends with a Phil Collins sample."
* Mochipet - Justin Timberlakecore
"I'm impressed that somebody, somehow, somewhere made me like anything involving Justin Timberlake."
* Math You - Sidewalk Tekno
"Eight-bit Gameboy epic from local Denver producer. Sounds like an army of angry nano-bots, rhythmically swarming at a rave."
