Girls lacrosse Top 10
The Rocky
Published March 5, 2008 at 12:45 a.m.
1 Cherry Creek: The Bruins have won four of the past five state titles, including the past two.
2 Arapahoe: The Warriors are loaded with a talented senior class.
3 Kent Denver: An overtime loss in the title game is all the motivation needed.
4 Mullen: With Alisa Konishi in goal, a shutout always is possible for a Mustangs team that can score.
5 Air Academy: A high-caliber midfield more than makes up for the Kadets' lack of depth.
6 Colorado Academy: The Mustangs have a winning tradition and a solid goalkeeper.
7 Chaparral: If the pieces fall in place between the midfield and the goal, this speedy squad could surprise.
8 Regis Jesuit: With their makeup, it's only a matter of time before the Raiders make a move.
9 Smoky Hill: Defense will anchor the Buffaloes in a season that features a new coach.
10 Denver East: The Angels get the nod over teams such as Heritage/Littleton and Ralston Valley.
* Consensus league picks: Cherry Creek (Centennial), Arapahoe (Continental), Golden (Jeffco), Kent Denver (Metro), Air Academy (Southern).

Seems you forgot a few good defenders in your top players by position. Girls Lacrosse.
Arapahoe, Regis, Creek, Chaparral, There are more than four top defenders. Defense never seems to get the recongnition they deserve.
Thanks.
