Stephenie Meyer's work has become a staple of best-seller lists, and her latest title, The Host, is no exception - even though written for adults rather than her usual young-adult audience. The Host, on both the PW and local list this week, is the story of alien parasites who control the minds and bodies of humans - and one girl who refuses to be co-opted.
