Mike times three for Broncos opener

The Broncos' opener will be Mike-d.

As in, Mike Ditka, Mike Golic and Mike Greenberg.

Those three will handle ESPN's Monday Night Football broadcast of Denver's Sept. 8 game at Oakland. Kickoff is 8:15p.m. MDT.

It's the second year in a row the three Mikes have handled Game 2 of ESPN's opening MNF doubleheader. Last year, they had the Arizona-San Francisco game.

ESPN's No. 1 MNF team, Ron Jaworski, Tony Kornheiser and Mike Tirico, will handle the first game, Minnesota at Green Bay. Kickoff is 5 p.m. MDT.

    Countless televisions across America were assaulted by shoes and television remotes as KORNHOSER tried to get all sympathetic and carried on a 20 minute interview while the Broncos had the ball..
