38Anthony Aldridge6-22164
23Andre Hall5-102122
48Peyton Hillis6-1250R
42Ryan Torain6-1225R

Starters: Michael Pittman (RB), Selvin Young (RB), Cecil Sapp (FB).

Backups: Andre Hall (RB), Ryan Torain (RB), Peyton Hillis (FB), Anthony Alridge (RB).

The lowdown: Once again, this figures to be one of the most-watched battles in camp. Mike Shanahan has committed to none of them as No. 1 just yet. Young, who has to stay on the field and out of the trainer’s room, and Pittman have the best chance. Torain has the ability to add some spice to the mix if he has a quality preseason.

Good to know: After September last season, the Broncos had just one game in which a running back carried more than 20 times and averaged more than 4 yards a carry.

Look for Torain and Hillis to be the starters, Young to be change of pace and Hall backup, I don't think pittman will stick.

Well I think it will be the other way around, Young and Sapp the starters, with Torian getting his fair share and Hillis working his way in. Pittman is a do it all vet that should get ever chance to stick in a young back field.

That's what's great about opinions, everybody has one. I STRONGLY believe that Pittman and Torain will be the starters, due to the heavy hitting promise of both these bruisers. Selvin Young will be the changeup, and Hall will be there when Selvin stutters. Nothing against Selvin, but he is not a one back full season player, his body just can't do it!
