Coroner IDs man found dead by Poudre River

The man found dead on the north bank of the Poudre River in Fort Collins on Monday has been identified as Robert Handy Jr., of Fort Collins.
Dr. James A. Wilkerson IV, medical examiner with the Larimer County Coroner’s office, said the manner of death was natural.
There was no indication of suspicious circumstances, he said.
