3 killed in Aurora crash

Two males and a female died in a collision in Aurora about 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.

A truck and an SUV hit each other at Parker Road and Progress Way.

One driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

A female passenger was transported to a hospital, where she died. The driver of the second car also was taken to the hospital and died shortly thereafter.

    You weren't there so you don't know--2 of those people were co-workers of mine. They were good people and it seems idiotic for someone like you to make such a stupid statement like, "death happens when you break the law". Death happens period. Hope no one you know or love ever dies tragically and you read something thoughtless about them like I just did.

    My thoughts and prayers are with all families and friends involved.

    We are still unsure of the speed factors, but we've been informed that the weather may have been a factor. They were co-workers of mine as well and I find it heart breaking that someone would automatically assume something before facts have been attained.
