* The Credit Union Association of Colorado and Credit Union Association of Wyoming promoted Michael O'Neill to director of member services.
* The Group Inc. of Fort Collins added Matt Thompson as a broker associate/partner.
* Colorado State Bank and Trust appointed Darla Daniel as assistant vice president and personal trust officer in the Private Bank and Trust Department, Billy Giunta as assistant vice president in the Security Department and Christina Martinez as assistant vice president and branch manager of the City Center branch.
* The Denver Scholarship Foundation hired Myles Mendoza as director of development and Rana Tarkenton as director of outreach services.
