* Brent Hildebrand, vice president of Altogether Recycling, was named to the Colorado Pollution Prevention Advisory Board Assistance Committee, a panel designed to advise on the administration of almost $3 million in grants.
* Kathryn Marshall, partner and chief operations officer at 104 West Partners, a strategic communications firm, was recognized by the March of Dimes, Colorado Chapter, for her achievements as a committee member and her work increasing awareness and support in premature-birth education.
* Goodwill Industries of Denver added Kristen Blessman to its team as vice president of marketing.
* Scott Haligman joined Holme Roberts & Owen LLP as a partner in the Denver office.
* DLR Group, a full-service design firm with offices in Denver and Colorado Springs, was ranked No. 1 in the world by BD World Architecture magazine for its education practices.
* Bank of Choice, a Colorado-based community bank, appointed Kyle Mediger to vice president and market manager of its 20 Mile branch in Parker.
* The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center promoted Sarah Lewin to director of revenue management.
* St. Andrew's Village, a continuing care senior living community in Aurora, hired Chris Camper as its business office manager.
* Boulder-based Spyder Active Sports Inc., a ski and performance apparel provider, acquired Jackson, Wyo.-based Cloudveil Mountain Works Inc., which produces technical outdoor and mountaineering apparel.
* Robert Mann Oriental Rugs Inc. in Denver will relocate to 5115 Race Court this spring.
* The Omni Interlocken Resort and Spa in Broomfield named Tara Seech as its convention services manager.
* The Credit Union Associations of Colorado and Wyoming and the Foundation of Colorado and Wyoming selected Melia Heimbuck as executive director of the foundation and director of credit union development.
* Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP added Michael J. DeGrave as an associate in the Denver office.
* ProBuild Holdings, a supplier of building materials to professional contractors, finalized the purchase of almost all of Atlanta-based HD Supply Lumber and Building Materials' assets.
* A Terra Verde Architects whole-house remodeling project in Boulder County is featured in this month's issue of Money magazine.
* The Gant, a condominium resort in Aspen, promoted Erin Peck to director of sales and marketing.
