MILEY TV
MTV has teamed up with TV and recording star Miley Cyrus for a year-end party. FNMTV Presents: A Miley-Sized Surprise . . . New Year's Eve 2009 will air live from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and rerun at 8:30, leading into a live countdown from the MTV studios. Cyrus will drop in on a lucky fan and spend the day with that person, participating in activities for the fan's favorite charity. The show will feature performances by Cyrus, All Time Low, The Academy Is . . . and Kevin Rudolf.
IN ITS PRIME
1.76million nightly viewers, on average, for My Network TV is an increase of 750,000 from last season, says Nielsen Media Research. It's the only one of six English-speaking networks to grow this season. Driving the network? Professional wrestling, which was dropped by My Network's chief rival, the CW.

Angie Harmon (Law & Order and Women's Murder Club) and husband Jason Sehorn (New York Giants and St. Louis Rams) have welcomed their third daughter. Emery Hope Sehorn was born Thursday, said Harmon's publicist, Nicole Perna.
