The Nuggets didn't practice Monday, but Carmelo Anthony, who sat out the second half of Sunday's 104-94 win against Houston, underwent treatment, and his elbow was said to be doing better. Anthony and coach George Karl have both said he is expected to play. . . . Chauncey Billups has averaged 27.5 points the past two games. . . . Kenyon Martin is 4-for-7 from three-point range this season after going 2-for-11 last season and 39-for-192 in his career (20.3 percent). . . . Before being limited to 12 points Sunday against the Lakers, Chris Bosh had averaged 33.8 in his previous four games. . . . Denver has won four straight against Toronto at home and seven of eight overall.
