Hazardous materials teams determined a suspicious package found on a light-rail train at the Lincoln station in Douglas County posed no threat.
The train's operator of the southeast line called for hazardous materials crews after he conducted a routine walk-through of the cars and noticed a package on the stairs that "contained suspicious-looking material," Scott Reed, Regional Transportation District spokesman, said.
Passengers on the train had already exited when the operator made his sweep about 6:40 p.m., the spokesman said.
Trains resumed their normal schedule between the Lincoln and County Line stations after it was determined the package was not dangerous.

Has anybody seen my gym bag? It contains one bottle of water, a half eaten Quarter pounder with cheese, Legs magazine, and a jar of mustard (wife request on my way home from work). Thanks
