— This is Wisconsin Democratic Party Chair Joe Wineke's second convention. In Los Angeles, the DNC didn't seem as big of a deal because of the size of the city, he said. But Denver has been impressive. "You guys are really putting on the ritz," he said.

Wisconsin delegate Jack Krueger agrees. "It's very friendly, there is a lot of help here and people have precise information."

"Delegates are talking about what a great town this is," said Alec Loftus, Wisconsin Democratic Party communications director. "They like the public transportation — like the light rail and the bus system"

Its a great town and state because its a red state. However, all the idiots (democrats) are fleeing the traditional blue states in droves and moving here from Cal., Ill, and MI among others because of how bad they F-ed those up. Wait till this state becomes blue and they destroy it as well.

Whatever Gov. It only took a democratic legislature and governor to finally repeal the nearly century-old and outdated Sunday liquor law that the republicans never did anything about. Even if you don't drink, you have to agree that law was ridiculous.

    Governor,
I think it is ironic you call people idiots when you use "its" instead of "it's or it is." Also, I am unclear what "its" is. "Its" may be a city or a state but "its" cannot be both a city and state. Mix in a grammar and geography class.

yes, yes ... make the most abused substance in the country available 7 days a week ... this is a good thing.

Next we'll be rolling back the drinking age so our teenagers can join the fray of abusers. We should repeal draconian tobacco sales and advertising legislation and repeal those silly laws regarding the sale of heroin, crack and meth too.

... definitely something to chalk up as a triumph for the democratic legislature and governor.
