Please, look into a new strength and conditioning program. I cannot emphasize enough on pre-workout stretching, hydration!!!!
If any of our guys are not putting forth the effort to really stretch those muscles out then they should be fined for improper preparation. We need to make sure all of our players are 100% for opening game day! Cmon, Tuten, update your program and get these guys ready to play! GO BRONCO'S!

horse07, I think it's not all about the stretching. I mean, Boss sprained his ankle. Green suffered a neck injury. Pulling a hamstring is going to happen from time to time. Especially if you're "back peddling" then turning fast to run. It can happen. Champ is always in shape. That's how he stays the #1 corner in the league. There are injuries all over the league. Read up on them and you'll see what I mean. It's because we pay more attention to our guys that we don't see what's going on in the rest of the league. As long as they are healthy by regular season, I'm content.
