Bruce makes radio duo look immature

The best entertainment going on talk radio these days is hearing Douglas Bruce make fools out of the dynamic duo of Dan Caplis and Craig Silverman when they have the hubris to invite him on their afternoon KHOW-AM (630) show with the intent of belittling Bruce and trying to make themselves look good.
Problem is that Bruce has more common sense and is smarter than both of these hosts put together. Caplis should stick to his patented right-wing witch hunts, such as trying to prevent transvestites access to public restrooms and his daily immature rants against Barack and Michelle Obama.
Caplis' greatest fear is that a powerful biracial man named Barack Obama will be our next president and that a strong black woman named Michelle Obama will be our next first lady.
Silverman's greatest on-air fear is that he might offend prospective clients by actually showing up and taking a stand (pun intended). Bruce must get a kick out of his afternoon tea parties with these two entertainers. It is to laugh.

Apparently Mr. Koerner's greatest fear is that he might one day have to leave his little left-wing dream world and deal with reality.

Caplis and Silverman are pathetic O'Reilly wannabes. You can tell that it kills Caplis that he has not been invited to guest-host for Loofa Mitt Man on Fox.

Correction - Silverman is more of an Alan Combes bumbling incompetent, fall guy, sock puppet for Caplis than a Loofa Mitt Man wannabe. Sorry for the confusion.

As much as I disrespect slumlord/California lawyer/ self-important Bruce, I can't help but be amused at Boulder-Boy Caplis( what????) and his aspirations to be the next Michael Weiner Savage.
He's a pitiful excuse fro a fascist, racist wannabe,,,but he's way too much of a wimp.
And the Hannity / format is painfuly evident, Clearchannel needs to find another shill to represent Liberals......Silverman just doesn't cut it.
Liberals have finally shown that they have a set.

I don't know who Dan Caplis is, but if he's anything like me he opposes having an anti-capitalist who has embraced a church with racial separatist views and vowed to introduce more socialism and who just happens to be a powerful biracial man and our probable next president.
This may be hard for lefties to understand, but it is possible to oppose someone's political stances without taking race into account.

Bruce might be a buffoon but he has a higher IQ than most.
Put 99% of all talk radio or television up against true intellects and media will fail miserably. Media caters to the largest (lowest) denominator. They don’t call it mass media for nothing.

Wechasa, Barack Obama chose to leave that church when he could no longer explain why he'd been a member for 20 years yet didn't agree with its tenets. In fact, it was Obama's admitted lie that he'd never heard such views that preceded his leaving the church. Apparently his membership was no longer politically expedient ... and difficult to justify.
The letter writer suggest this Dan Caplis guy -- I'm guessing he's a radio personality? -- fears "a powerful biracial man;" I submit it's Mr. Obama's views that should give one pause.

Racial separatism is but one issue that should cause concern over the candidacy of Barack Obama. Others: The notion that the nation can tax itself to prosperity; that President Bush's across-the-board reduction in tax rates somehow benefit "the rich," a nebulous designation at best; that extracting more oil to increase worldwide supply won't affect the market price of crude yet releasing a piddling amount of the strategic reserve would (increased suppy is increased supply, isn't it?); intervention into free markets to designate winners and losers in energy sources; the boondoggle of socialized medicine; a withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq with a constantly moving timetable (how is that different from the current situation that he supposedly opposes?); and giving labor unions unfettered room to dictate business practices.
To make opposition to such silliness questionable because they're proposed by "a powerful biracial man" is absurd.

Unless you are one of the many socialist, entitlement demanding, non-workers in this country, you will rue the day that happens. Maybe though you will enjoy having Obama and crew taxing you out of house and home, telling you what you can buy, what you can drive, what you can eat, how warm or cold you house has to be, and what tire pressure you need to have in your tires you could be very happy being a socialist.

prima facie, race is front and center in pretty much every commercial talk radio program, Caplis' included. It's a tried and true way of stirring up the emotions of their audience. As evidence, I suggest you pay attention to how much race is talked about (if you listen to the medium at all). Every day I suspect. They will deny this of course, as you do. But listen listen to how much and how often they talk about race--and how negative it is.

A great number of problems start with claims (explicitly or implicitly) that black people or other people of color(or white people) are all the same. Obviously, they are not.
Beyond that, is the mistake that problems may be ascribed as inherent in someone's race. I lot of problems may result from poverty, but not from race. It's an old claim (social darwinism) that's still alive and kicking today.

Easy Popo, take a breath before you faint. I'm none of the above Popo. I'm a nicely retired guy with over 30 years of public service, including service to my county with the Army. When I come on to this fourm I consider myself a lush garden in a desert of liberials. If the liberal leadership dupes us in to election Obama you will really see what that desert is all about. Unless of course you are a welfare collecting slug or an illegal, then you do all right. It is sad to be you isn't it?

It never ceases to amaze me when people assert that those who have less, actually have more. Not that they actually know these people, but they know they're out there and they really resent it. It's easy to beat up on those who have little or no political power. Pow! Biff! Bang! (pause) Whew! Got em! That'll teach 'em a lesson.
