The Jake Plummer Foundation and Morton's DTC will team up for charity at Savor the Grape, 7 tonight at Morton's, 8480 E. Belleview Ave. Join Broncos quarterback Plummer and teammates for an evening of fine wine and fare benefiting his foundation, which supports at-risk children and families through Family Tree and early-stage Alzheimer's patients, their families and caregivers through the Alzheimer's Association. Guests will enjoy wines from Opus One, Jordan, Cakebread and ZD provided by National Distributing Co., a Ketel One vodka martini bar and Coors beer. The Morton's strolling buffet will feature bluepoint oysters, shrimp Alexander, filet mignon, chicken Christopher and poached chilled salmon. The Railbenders will perform, and live and silent auctions will feature items including a trip to the Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta, Ga., a trip to the Kentucky Derby and the chance to see the bidder's name next to Plummer's on his Morton's wine locker.
