Opus Northwest today unveiled plans for the Wynkoop Residences, 22 penthouse-style condominiums priced from $450,000 to $1.5 million.
The units on top of the 1401 Wynkoop Street office building under construction, is at Cherry Creek between Wynkoop and Wewatta streets in Lower Downtown.
"This is one of the last remaining, premier infill sites in downtown Denver, with a prime location along Cherry Creek, tucked on a city block that doesnt often experience the noise and traffic associated with living in LoDo," said Scott Menefee, a senior director at Opus Northwest. "The Wynkoop Residences will provide people with the opportunity to live amidst the excitement and energy of downtown Denver, in a more quiet setting along the citys cherished creek."
The contemporary-styled units will range in size from 910 square feet to 2,600 square feet and will include one, two and three bedroom units. The units will have unobstructed views of the mountains, downtown Denver and Cherry Creek, as well as large balconies, two reserved parking spaces for most residences, a fitness center. Wynkoop Residences is close to the Cherry Creek bike and walking path.
Kentwood City Properties is representing the Wynkoop Residences.
Jim Theye of Kentwood said his company already is "seeing significant interest" for the units.
The units will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2008.
