A banker, an 1800s-era builder, a developer and a chief executive will be the next Colorado businessmen to be inducted into the Colorado Business Hall of Fame.

Inductees are:

Herb Bacon: A Grand Junction banking executive. He held several positions, including chairman, president and CEO. He has been a director of the bank since 1952. After several mergers and name changes, the bank is now part of Wells Fargo.

Henry Cordes Brown: Said to be one of the most prominent men in Colorado in the late 1800s and has long been identified with the initial development of Denver.

Al Cohen: Left his mark through major building projects in Denver, Genesee and Vail. Cohen, who died last year, can be credited with the construction of one of the Denver skyline’s most prominent features, the 54-story Qwest Tower.

John E. Fuller: Founded Fuller and Co. (now Fuller Real Estate). Fuller is a director and adviser to the Fuller Family Fund of the Denver Foundation, Fuller Real Estate, Fuller Western Real Estate and the Denver Police Foundation.

Ralph R. Peterson: Has been president and CEO of CH2M Hill since 1991. The privately owned company has been named one of Fortune magazine’s "100 Best Companies to Work For" and ranks 591 on the Fortune 1000 list.

The Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain announced the inductees Monday. They will be formally inducted at the Colorado Business Hall of Fame Dinner on Feb. 7.
