Chocolove

• All-natural chocolate bars

Price: $1.99-$2.99

Where you can get it: Wild Oats, Whole Foods, Target, Vitamin Cottage and some King Soopers

Business owner: Timothy Moley

Location: Boulder

Tidbits: Chocolove started 12 years ago with a man's passion and love for one thing: chocolate.

"I spent a year studying chocolate and decided it was a business I could put my heart into," said Moley, president and chief executive officer. "I never tire of working with or eating chocolate."

Moley imports the chocolate from Belgium and France to his 30,000-square-foot facility. Once there, the chocolate is transformed into one of 18 flavors. Chocolove lines include the original, which features packaging made to look like a letter from a foreign country with a love poem inside, Organic and the Chocolatour Vintage varieties.

"The bars are made every day and shipped out immediately for freshness," he said. "The company is my labor of love."

Wine Master Cellars

• VintageView wine racks

Price: $61.99-$90.99 (wall-mount series)

Where you can get it: , Denver show room

Business owner: Doug McCain

Location: Denver

Tidbits: The idea for a label-forward wine rack came to McCain while dining in a California restaurant. "They had wine displayed with the labels visible, which I thought made sense since I'm a wine collector," said owner and founder McCain. "As soon as I got home, I worked up the design, then spent the first six months, within the walls of my garage in Castle Rock, welding the racks on my own."

Six years and a patent later, Wine Master Cellars has grown to seven employees and sold enough racks to hold 2.5 million bottles of wine. Additionally, the racks are now manufactured overseas.

VintageView wine racks are made of powder-coated or nickel-plated steel. They are available as wall mounts, commercial-sized, free-standing racks or floor-to-ceiling mounts, and come in depths of one, two or three bottles. Consumers also can choose a color: brushed nickel, wine bottle green or black.
