Halloween opener for Nuggets

The Denver Nuggets will open their 2007-08 schedule on the road Oct. 31 in a nationally televised (ESPN, 8:30 p.m. Mountain time) game against the Seattle SuperSonics and star rookie Kevin Durant.
The Nuggets' home opener at the Pepsi Center will be two nights later, Nov. 2, against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m.
Denver fans also will get an early look at the revamped Boston Celtics and Kevin Garnett. The Celtics are scheduled to visit the Pepsi Center on Nov. 7.
The Nuggets will be featured on national television 26 times (once on ABC, 10 times on ESPN, nine times on NBATV and six times on TNT), according to the league schedule released by the NBA today.
All non-exclusive games will be aired on Altitude or
Altitude2.
