A man was fatally shot at Sloan's Lake about 7:30 p.m. Monday during a domestic dispute, Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson said today.
The case is being investigated as a homicide, and a woman is in custody in connection with the shooting, Jackson said.
"We got a call last night of a possible suicide," Jackson said. "Through the investigation, we determined he had not shot himself."
The man was taken to nearby St. Anthony Central Hospital where he died, Jackson said.
No identities have been released.
