Denver crime data coming out today

The city of Denver today will release crime statistics for 2006.
City Council President Michael Hancock, Mayor John Hickenlooper and Police Chief Gerald Whitman have scheduled a press conference for 11:30 a.m. at the Denver City and County Building.
The annual crime data is compiled by the Department of Safetys Office of Policy Analysis.
