Body thought to be missing Colorado
woman
Police believe the body of a Broomfield woman who has been missing for a week has been found in Utah.

A woman's body was found Sunday afternoon 2 1/2 miles away from the car. The body was taken to the medical examiner's office in Salt Lake City for identification and to determine cause of death.

DA paid spouse more than $6,000, files
show
Ninth Judicial District Attorney Colleen Truden paid her husband's company more than $6,000 over six weeks for computer consulting work while also paying another computer consulting firm about the same amount, according to office records.
Her husband was paid less per hour than the other firm, records show, but his pay rate was higher than a rate paid to a firm used by Truden's predecessor.
Truden had told Pitkin County commissioners in April that her husband provided services in her office and did some volunteer work, but she later clarified that Fred Truden had been contracted as a computer consultant.
