According to Taylor, "The theatergoer is not looking for an experiment." He is also quoted as noting that while the food quality is the same at both locations, "there are not five people touching the plate." . . . Highland's Garden Café is open for extended hours through the holidays including breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday. . . . Le Central is dishing its Noel en Perigord three-course prix fixe $24.95 meal Dec. 20 to 24 featuring roasted goose with foie gras stuffing and black truffle demi glace. . . . The entire bar space at Steak au Poivre in Cherry Creek North is under renovation and will reopen as a separate spot called Bar Luxe. . . . We are compiling a list of restaurants open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please e-mail details ASAP to lehndorffj@RockyMountainNews.com.
